We had a dinner outside by the canal last night. We set a big table and ate tons of fabulous fried food. Fried artichokes, fried zucchini flowers, and stuffed zucchini. Zucchini flowers are Rad!! Bet you never thought to eat one. I know I hadn’t. Everyone here seems to know how to cook something. Pietro has a number of friends that he calls on for advice in the kitchen. This dinner was assisted by the lovely Francesca. The joke last night was if Pietro invites you over for dinner you cook!! I think he did an amazing job with the dinner, at least he knows who to ask to help!!
